You will be part of the Education and Media team so you will be responsible for maintaining existing training methods and creating new ways for online training services.
To build and maintain relationships with the clients and help and assist train all new and existing clients on the software and processes. (Occasional travel to UK and Ireland clients may be required for in house training with them).
Support the sales team and provide pre-sales support such as review client reporting requirements, query handling and preparation of commercial proposals.
To assist the manager in maintaining and developing suitable training materials for use of companies training courses.
Liaise with the clients face to face or virtually to provide all training and mentoring where required.
You will also be the hands-on support to internal training for the employees / staff on product updates and where else required.
