Job Description
  • Accounts receivable focused - management of our sales ledger
  • Raising all sales invoices for our events
  • Liaising with our events/operations team as required
  • All aspects of credit control -ensuring that our debts are paid to us on time
  • Preparing aged debtor reports for management review
  • Bar income reconciliations
  • Assisting in general financial management and sales analysis
  • Assist with cash inflow forecasting
  • Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
  • Ensure any monthly reconciliations are completed in line with our month end reporting deadlines
  • Ad hoc projects as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Three or two years experience of working in a similar role and ready to hit the ground running
  • Knowledge of Accounts Receivable/Sales Ledger
  • Great understanding of invoice processing, reconciliations and general finance administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and ideally Xero
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A great team player and brand ambassador
  • A genuine passion for the Events industry
