Job Description
- Working closely with the Finance Director you'll be given the opportunity to take complete ownership of your role, supporting to the business, including the financial planning process, monthly management reporting, strategic planning, offering business partnering support, and managing to direct reports.
- You will be 'business partnering' with various departments across the business, providing insightful financial analysis to help operational managers meet their budgets, and streamline processes.
- This is a key position within the finance team, and you play a pivotal role in mentoring and supporting the junior Accountants, contributing to the success of the department.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- We are ideally looking for someone with an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification, and experience working within the private educational sector will be highly regarded, but not essential.
