Upload pension contributions
Calculation of holiday pay, SSP, SMP
Produce P11d and p60s
Complete payments to HMRC
Monthly submission of RTI
Operate and control payroll software to ensure timely and accurate completion of Payroll
Review and improve Payroll procedures
Work with accounts team and dealing with payroll queries from staff members
Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Required Skills & Experience:
Solid experience working on a large payroll, 100+ monthly
Knowledge of statutory requirements
Ability to liaise across functions
Keen to drive efficiencies and make improvements
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and time management skills
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel is essential
