Job Description

Payroll Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Stand alone role processing all aspects of monthly Payroll
  • Upload pension contributions
  • Calculation of holiday pay, SSP, SMP
  • Produce P11d and p60s
  • Complete payments to HMRC
  • Monthly submission of RTI
  • Operate and control payroll software to ensure timely and accurate completion of Payroll
  • Review and improve Payroll procedures
  • Work with accounts team and dealing with payroll queries from staff members

Hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Solid experience working on a large payroll, 100+ monthly
  • Knowledge of statutory requirements
  • Ability to liaise across functions
  • Keen to drive efficiencies and make improvements
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and time management skills
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel is essential
