Covering the full end-to-end credit control process - for both a business and a consumer client base
Investigating high-risk and aged debt in order to determine liability
Supporting the credit control Manager with day-to-day team managerial tasks - including escalations
Looking after internal communications with the wider business, with regards to debt matters
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience as a senior credit controller to be able to hit the ground running Comfortable utilising software in order to manipulate data - advanced Microsoft Excel skills Natural leader in order to coach junior team members Good commercial acumen to be able to operate successfully under minimal supervision
