Job Description
- Recording, maintaining and expediting both Accounts Receivables and Payable via Xero
- Monitoring/tracking company spending on Credit Cards and logging expenditures to relevant clients
- Possible, Payroll via Xero, with a great understanding of VAT.
- Monthly provide business financials, including purchases, expenses and sales revenue, to provide accurate, up-to-date financial information
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Minimum of two years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Proficient in Xero
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
