Job Description
- Preparation and consolidation of monthly management accounts for the Group
- Preparation of monthly reforecast for all the Group’s companies
- Reporting financial results to the stakeholders.
- Co-ordination of the annual budget process for all Group’s companies.
- Preparation of cashflow forecasts for group submission
- Management of group working capital
- Management and performance appraisal of assistant accountant.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable taxes and duties including VAT, payroll taxes and import duties.
- Developing and implementing appropriate financial controls throughout the business including appropriate authorization limits.
- Co-coordinating the audit process, and being first point of contact with auditors.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Commercial mindset and approach
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
- Experience working in a multi-currency environment, including multi-currency consolidation desirable.
- Experience in managing, mentoring and appraising staff
