Job Description
  • Annual and monthly management accounts
  •  Port prepayments, accruals and journals, maintaining the fixed asset register, authorization of supplier invoices, expense claims and bank payments.
  •  Deal with client queries
  •  VAT
  •  Book keeping
  •  Chasing up outstanding invoices if requested by the client.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  •  Competent bookkeeping skills
  •  Experience with VAT and all the other general business reporting requirements
  •  Exceptional client handling skills
  •  Strong communication skills, written and verbal Excellent organizational skills, ability to work to tight deadlines and a positive can do attitude
  •  Knowledge is beneficial, but not essential in Sage Line 50, Xero,  and Quickbooks
