Our client is seeking an Accounts Assistant with strong office administration skills to support their team.
You will be responsible for credit control, stock control, staff expenses, bank reconciliations, customer subscriptions, processing quotes and invoices onto QuickBooks, sending out statements and chasing overdue invoices and raising purchase orders for stock and stationery.
You will update the System and produce monthly and quarterly sales reports and deal with customer queries via phone and email.

You will ideally have a good understanding of Quickbooks (although training will be given) and strong Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
You will have good attention to detail, a friendly and professional telephone manner and strong written and verbal skills.
