Job Description
  • Posting sales invoices onto accounting package
  • Maintaining the global sales register and sales process
  • Liaising with sales staff from around the world to ensure accurate data and compliance
  • Raising Invoices to clients
  • Reconciling Sales ledgers
  • Creating Daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Board of Directors
  • Posting journals
  • Producing statements and resolving queries
  • Answering telephone calls in a timely manner and directing them as necessary
  • Any other ad hoc duties

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (recommended but not essential)
  • Knowledge of accounting software (recommended but not essential)
  • High level of numeracy skills required
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
