Job Description
  • Record and reconcile daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
  • Prepare and submit payroll, tax and other statutory filings.
  • Manage financial records, ensuring that they are accurate and up-to-date
  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
  • Respond to financial inquiries from management, vendors, and customers.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • At least two years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
