Job Description
  •  Managing central email inbox and allocating correspondence to correct teams
  •  Liaise with external managing agents and landlords to obtain copies of missing documents
  •  Undertake supplier statement reconciliations against system records
  • Solving discrepancies between actual demands and property database records

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Well organized, methodical and conscientious; capable of using initiative and common sense.
  •  Strong attention to detail
  •  Able to deal with people at all levels, with tact and diplomacy
  •  Happy to work in a small team or individually
  •  Personable and approachable
  •  Experience of using computer-based accounting systems.
  •  Must be numerate, have an eye for detail and have communication skills, both in writing and on the telephone -particularly important when dealing with clients.
  • • Ability to deal with large volumes and work to deadlines.
  • • Excellent spreadsheet (Excel) and IT skills
