Managing central email inbox and allocating correspondence to correct teams
Liaise with external managing agents and landlords to obtain copies of missing documents
Undertake supplier statement reconciliations against system records
Solving discrepancies between actual demands and property database records

Experience of using computer-based accounting systems.
Must be numerate, have an eye for detail and have communication skills, both in writing and on the telephone -particularly important when dealing with clients.
