Job Description
- You will be the Finance Manager partnering with their recruitment function.
- Given the number of employees that is growing globally this team is a very important commercial part of the business.
- You will have full ownership of the financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and providing reporting to the team.
- This includes weekly sales updates, commission calculations and tracking of profitability.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- You will be a qualified accountant who has experience business partnering with a global sales or operations function. You will have experience in both financial reporting as well as strong business collaborating, budgeting, and forecasting.
- So requires somebody who can hit the ground running and build relationships quickly.
- You will need to have experience with business collaborating with senior management in a global business.
