Job Description
  • Processing sales invoices (Sales ledger)
  •  Credit control
  •  Reconciling bank transactions
  • Maintaining cashflow
  •   Management reporting
  •  Journals
  •   Answering telephone queries regarding accounting matters
  •    Xero accounting
  •     VAT returns
  •   Balance sheet and debtors list reports
  •   Maintaining invoices coming into the email inbox
  • Purchase orders/purchase invoice
  •    Supplier queries 
  • Expenses
  • Credit check

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  •   Have some experience of working within a similar environment
  •   Have a strong eye for detail.
  •  Must have excellent Excel skills.
  •  Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
