Job Description
- Management of the finance team
- Ensuring that the Xero accounts system is accurately maintained on a timely basis
- Cash management and forecasting
- Preparation, analysis, and presentation of monthly management accounts
- Interaction with, and support to, other departments
- Overseeing credit control processes
- Bank payments and reconciliations
- System and process improvements to support continued business growth
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Previous experience as a Finance Manager, Management Accountant or Financial Controller
- Ambitious, hard-working individual looking for development opportunities
- Accurate, efficient, and proactive
- Good self-management and team-management skills
- Strong IT skills and ability to apply latest software developments to drive system and process improvements
