Job Description
- Management of payroll internally using sage.
- Lead the annual audit, being to the point of contact for all audit queries.
- Managing pensions, staff benefits, insurance, office contracts, suppliers, customers.
- Working with the Group and external accountants, lawyers on different projects.
- Filing and labelling documents: HR documents, contracts, invoices, other.
- Taking lead on admin tasks for the office (with the help of office assistant).
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- ACA/ACCA qualified accountant.
- Experience working in financial services, ideally investment management.
- Self-starter and ability to work with autonomy.
- Excellent organization and administration skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable at working with external parties I.e., accountants and lawyers
