Job Description
- Reconcile credit card statements.
- Maintenance of petty cash floats and suspense accounts.
- Posting of all bank and investment statements.
- Record and process Invoices, track expenditure ensuring all expenditure including pretty cash payments have been processed in line with procedure
- To provide general financial administrative support across all financial processes, and to deal with general finance queries.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Two or one years in a similar position
- Knowledge of accounting competencies
- Experience with SAGE accounting
