Job Description
  • Processing purchase orders and resolving queries.
  • Processing  invoices.
  • Investigate and resolve supplier queries.
  • Set up supplier payment runs.
  • Provide cover for the Accounts Payable Lead as and when required.
  • Raising invoices to customers.
  • Support allocating customer receipts.
  • Support setting up new customer accounts.
  • Support with resolving customer queries.
  • Project work
  • Any other ad hoc duties.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Ability to priorities and manage own workload.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Hands on approach with a "can do" attitude.
  • Team player.
  • Excellent communication skills.
