Financial Accountant

Job Description
- You will work very closely with the Director of Finance to oversee accounting operations.
- You will manage a small finance team and work to implement and develop new accounting systems and processes to support the firm.
- You will have the ability to share information clearly and report on progress in a user-friendly way using appropriate dashboards and tools (Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint etc.).
- You will be an innovative thinker who will partner with the wider firm to take lead on the continual development of the legal accounting system.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- You must be an experienced finance professional, ideally with experience in the legal or professional services sector.
- You will be a fully qualified Accountant, either ACA, ACCA or CIMA, with proven experience of taking responsibility for the Accounting function.
