You will work very closely with the Director of Finance to oversee accounting operations.
You will manage a small finance team and work to implement and develop new accounting systems and processes to support the firm.
You will have the ability to share information clearly and report on progress in a user-friendly way using appropriate dashboards and tools (Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint etc.).
You will be an innovative thinker who will partner with the wider firm to take lead on the continual development of the legal accounting system.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You must be an experienced finance professional, ideally with experience in the legal or professional services sector.
You will be a fully qualified Accountant, either ACA, ACCA or CIMA, with proven experience of taking responsibility for the Accounting function.
