Providing exceptional customer support for incoming queries from clients over the phone or by email.
These calls may be escalated as more complex client queries or deem the support of a more senior member of the team
Working alongside other internal teams and support the Customer Service function
Handling client queries, technical support issues and supporting clients at a more technical level
Supporting colleagues in assisting clients and offering coaching to team members
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A fantastic communicator who has an excellent telephone manner, can possess a confident and calm approach to customer calls
Excellent commutation both written and oral
Enjoys working as part of a team
Three or twoyears’ experience within the Accounting sector OR relevant finance qualification is a must alongside some Customer Service experience which can be office based or Face to Face.
