Job Description
- Responsibility for all financial accounting activities within Serpentine; maintaining appropriate controls
- Leading on month-end processes; reviewing all closure
- Continuing to develop the accounting system, Access Dimensions
- Providing relevant financial training across the organization
- Managing and developing the Finance Officer
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- A full accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Extensive experience within a charity finance function
- Confident user of Excel and other accounting systems; knowledge of Access Dimensions beneficial
- Strong communication skills; proven ability to interact with multiple stakeholders
