Job Description
- Posting of Labor and Fixed costs (turnover rent, fixed rent, insurance and rates) for the Group (all brands) as well as ownership of all related balance sheet reconciliations.
- Analysis of full prior to month end close.
- Answering restaurant queries related to their management accounts (for the restaurants).
- Distributing restaurant monthly transaction listings.
- Assistance in the forecasting process for fixed costs.
- Any other month-end assistance as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Availability to start as soon as possible.
- Qualified by experience or Part qualified welcome.
- Must have advanced Excel knowledge with experience of complex formulas.
- Multiple cost centers experience is a must.
- Ideally some multisite experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
