Job Description
- Management of the Group’s finance and accounting functions including accounts payable, credit control, banking reconciliation, quarterly VAT and year-end accounts, tax filing.
- Liaise with accountants, bookkeepers, banks, tax authorities and potential investors.
- Timely analyses, report , strategically plan on business performance, cost management on each brand/project across the group including sales, products , projects.
- Maintain updated knowledge on relevant finance tax regulations (incl. investments, grants , incentives) to advise on business strategy (in U.K in countries of operation).
- Supervise business administration, team manage and work with directors across group and departments to improve overall organization efficiency and business performance.
- Upgrade business finance procedures, assess process for integration ,technology automation opportunities.
- Set up group or company policies on finance and governance.

- A driven and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong track record of hands-on SME business experience in service, consumer products, e-comes, or tech industries.
- Strong commercial acumen with vision and integrity to immerse in group ethos and business mission, advise on business decisions, implement strategies and deliver results for growth.
- Systematic and methodical approach with accuracy, thoroughness and accountability.
- Structured management approach with inter-personal/communications skills to train/enable team internally and aptly represent businesses externally.
- Proactive, strategic and pragmatic with a can-do attitude to strengthen group capability.
- Numerically proficient and technology savvy.
- An understanding of Industry Standards and Quality Control processes.
- Minimum eight or six years’ experience in finance .
