Job Description
  • Preparation and help with monthly  accounts and annual budgets
  • Preparing monthly  information for the Senior Accountant
  • Insurer statement reconciliation and settlement
  • Banking, cash control and bank account reconciliation
  • Maintaining Sage Accounting records
  • Updating client records with payment,settlement details
  • Assisting in managing credit control, producing aged debt reports, liaising with brokers and following up actions required
  • Producing reports for monthly review and follow up
  • Paying insurance brokers and resolving queries
  • Checking supplier accounts and invoice settlement
  • Settling staff expenses claims

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Competent user of Sage Accounting Software
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A confident communicator in both written and verbal formats
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Customer Service
  • Sage
