Job Description
  • Creates, revises and maintains filing systems.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the company contact database.
  • Raising and preparing sales invoices.
  • Submitting sales invoices to customers for payment.
  • Maintaining Credit Control spreadsheet with current information
  • Carry out Credit control duties including issuing statement, chasing debts and ensure all customers’ accounts are settled to agreed terms.
  • Liaising with the Projects teams to maintain on-going relationships with customers.
  • Handling customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Assist Finance Controller as required.
  • Answering phone as required.
  • Uphold all polices in relation to health, Safety and Welfare

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good knowledge of EXCEL and Lakeview desirable
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and reliability.
  • Proactive and innovative.
  • To work effectively on your own and as part of a team, with a positive 'can-do’ attitude.
  • The ability to priorities workload.
  • The ability to work well and accurately in a time-constrained and pressured environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
