Job Description
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Take ownership of financial reporting for the relevant entities within the group
- Work closely with key stakeholders to put together annual budgets and forecasting on income and expenditure
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Experience within a facilities management and housing environment is desirable, whilst exposure within a multi-entity business would be beneficial
- IT literate with a strong understanding of accounts software (the business use Sage 200) and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to build relationships across multiple departments
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
