Job Description
  • Raise sales invoices to clients, whilst ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Processing of subcontractor payments direct to contractor of via agency hosts.
  • Maintain the fixed asset register and support with depreciation calculations.
  • Complete balance sheet reconciliations as required.
  • Support Finance Business Partner with Year end accounts and Financial audit.
  • Reconciliations of the bank accounts for the four UK and US entities
  • Raise invoices to clients whilst maintaining/reconciling the pass-through checker.
  • Organize, file and submit VAT submissions.
  • Processing of all employee expenses and set up new employees within the XERO system.
  • Ensure all payments are set up in an accurate, timely and efficient manner.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders monthly to review management accounts, identify opportunities, and identify discrepancies at the earliest opportunity.
  • To be responsible for the management of the Company's petty cash procedure, including monthly reconciliation.
  • Processing of prepayments and accruals as required.
  • Assist the Finance Business Partner with documenting and improving finance processes and procedures.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
