Job Description
Raise sales invoices to clients, whilst ensuring quality and efficiency.
Processing of subcontractor payments direct to contractor of via agency hosts.
Maintain the fixed asset register and support with depreciation calculations.
Complete balance sheet reconciliations as required.
Support Finance Business Partner with Year end accounts and Financial audit.
Reconciliations of the bank accounts for the four UK and US entities
Raise invoices to clients whilst maintaining/reconciling the pass-through checker.
Organize, file and submit VAT submissions.
Processing of all employee expenses and set up new employees within the XERO system.
Ensure all payments are set up in an accurate, timely and efficient manner.
Liaise with key stakeholders monthly to review management accounts, identify opportunities, and identify discrepancies at the earliest opportunity.
To be responsible for the management of the Company's petty cash procedure, including monthly reconciliation.
Processing of prepayments and accruals as required.
Assist the Finance Business Partner with documenting and improving finance processes and procedures.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
