- Maintaining relationships with banks and external parties
- Preparing payment schedules
- Intercompany billing and reconciliation
- Guidance and coordination of the Office Assistant in their tasks
- HR, holiday and payroll coordination
- Sales, suppliers, bank ( reconciliation of customer payments)
- Invoicing
- Issuing invoices from the dashboard excel file
- Updating of dashboard
- Sending payment reminders
