Job Description
- You will be providing financial advice and support for any financial decisions undertaken within the businesses, with a focus on delivering improved profitability/profitable growth
- You will be involved in preparing forecasts and plans for the appropriate business area on a periodic basis.
- Be asked to provide regular insightful analysis and interpretation of the business results, highlighting opportunities for improved performance and the management of risk
- Manage and deliver financial projects as required
- Providing oversight to ensure the business operates within the financial controls and procedures set by the Group.
- Developing effective relationships with key stakeholders across all levels and functions of the business
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Finance business partnering, ideally within a manufacturing environment
- Part Qualified, Qualified Accountant or Qualified by Experience
- Strong excel and analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive and ‘can do’ approach to work
- Team player who embraces change and possesses a continuous improvement mind-set
- Ability to work autonomously in the company
