Job Description
  • Preparing packs for annual reviews
  • Preparing internal reports for clients, including applications and additional documentation
  • Submitting new business, placing trades, and monitoring for completion
  • Dealing with external providers
  • Liaise with other internal team members accountants, solicitors, and product providers
  • Ensure clients and advisers are kept up to date with progress
  • Update and maintain internal system
  • Dealing with client requests including income, withdrawals, change of details, requests for information
  • Build excellent relationships with the clients
  • Running and obtaining risk reports
  • Booking client meetings and preparing meeting packs

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage their own time
  • To be able to work part of the team and individually
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • MS Office experience including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Be a fantastic team player
