Job Description
- Preparation of monthly financial reports in coordination with the Accountant and Program Managers
- Supporting Managers with specific queries regarding the financial aspects of the project
- Facilitate the preparation of monthly invoices to be sent to clients along with the financial and spend reports
- Assist with explanations and investigations of significant monthly variances
- Monitor program budgets and ensure expenses are allocated to agreed budget line
- Supporting with internal forecasting
- Assist with the preparation and posting of accurate journals in accordance with revenue recognition policy
- Supporting with project submission forms and with commentary on variances and project risk
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- The successful candidate will be a recent graduate with a First class relevant degree.
- You will need to be a confident communicator, have an impeccable work ethic and take pride in the work that you do.
