Job Description
  • Accounts payable activity including coding, booking and paying
  • Responsible for accounts payable ledger, prepare quarterly accounts payable summaries
  • Prepare margin analysis, liaising with sale coordinators to ensure accuracy of gross profit records
  • Manage credit control aspect via external credit checks and credit limits
  • Liaise with credit rating agency
  • Posting of bank transactions and reconciliations
  • Supporting month end activities

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Relevant accounting qualification
  • Excel skills such as V look up and Pivot tables
  • Experience working in a finance team for two years
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and take on responsibilityle
  • Reconciliation
