Recording, maintaining and expediting both accounts receivables and payable via Xero.
Monitoring and tracking company spending on credit cards and logging expenditure to relevant clients.
Ensuring there is suitable insurance cover for the business, employees and vehicle fleet.
Liaising with utility suppliers and landlords to ensure the best service and price.
Provide business financials monthly, including purchases, expenses, and sales revenue to provide accurate, up-to-date financial information, broken down by client or overheads.
Management accounts duties.
Year-end accounts duties.
General administration duties.
Supporting the team with any ad hoc duties when required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of using accounting software Xero is essential.
Previous experience within a similar industry ideal.
