Job Description
  • Budgeting and forecasting developing, monitoring, and reporting on the organization’s budget, as well as preparing financial forecasts and projections.
  •  Conducting financial analysis of the organization’s operations and programs to identify trends, areas of improvement, and potential risks.
  • Ensuring compliance with grant requirements, monitoring spending, and preparing financial reports for funders.
  • Preparing regular financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders, including the board of directors, funders, and regulatory bodies.
  •  Analyzing the organization has cost structure and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies.
  •  Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and other regulatory requirements.
  •  Conducting financial analysis of the organization’s programs and evaluating their effectiveness and impact.
  • Contributing to the development of the organization’s strategic plan, including financial goals and objectives.
  •  Providing financial information and analysis to the board of directors to support their decision-making processes.
