Job Description
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Prepare / review quarterly cashflow reports
- Prepare quarterly VAT returns
- Prepare and post journals each quarter for accruals, prepayments, deferred income and real estate agency billing to tenants
- Provide fully reconciled and supportable year end packs to the external accountants for preparing the year end accounts.
- Assist with a wide variety of investor and business reporting
- Contributing to ad hoc financial projects as required as part of the overall finance function
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Fully qualified accountant
