Job Description
  •  Assisting with the day to day management of the sales and purchase ledger function
  •  Raising sales invoices and recording payments received on clients account
  •  Monitoring aged debt and supporting the sales team in the recovery of overdue accounts
  •  Matching purchase invoices with delivery notes and allocating nominal codes
  •  Reconciling supplier statements and processing weekly cheque and BACs payments
  •  Assisting with the reconciliation and closure of ledgers in accordance with month - end timetable
