Job Description
- Prepare Service Charge budgets for the residential portfolio.
- Perform Service Charge reconciliations.
- Input budgets onto the database ensuring charges are applied correctly and apportionments agree.
- Raise periodic Service Charge demands and recharges as required.
- Prepare the monthly Corporate reports for the Service Charge Department.
- Prepare the monthly periodic report for the Corporate Department.
- Assist Property Managers with account queries and budget preparation.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Qualified/Part Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Solid Excel skills.
