Job Description
- Produce customer invoices
- Preparing and Processing payments dealing with suppliers
- Checking bank transactions and cost and expense slips
- Process company credit card and personal expenses claims
- Maintain fixed asset register/ vendor register in system
- Raise purchase orders
- Bank reconciliations
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Accounts payable experience
- Experience within the freight forwarding experience- preferred
- Good knowledge Microsoft Excel
- You should be self-motivated, have a good eye for detail and be able to work independently
