Job Description
  • Produce customer invoices
  • Preparing and Processing payments dealing with suppliers
  • Checking bank transactions and  cost and expense slips
  • Process company credit card and personal expenses claims
  • Maintain fixed asset register/ vendor register in system
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Bank reconciliations

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Accounts payable experience
  • Experience within the freight forwarding experience- preferred
  • Good knowledge Microsoft Excel
  • You should be self-motivated, have a good eye for detail and be able to work independently
