Job Description
- Prepare month-end consolidation adjustments that drive the overall Group reporting.
- Manage the accounting for holding companies throughout the month-end timetable, collaborating with the Group Central Costs team when necessary.
- Oversee the intercompany reconciliations, providing recommendations to manage balances, and resolving control issues as needed.
- Support the Group Finance Manager in developing, reviewing, and preparing the consolidated Balance Sheet and Cashflow.
- Compile the Month End Reporting Pack that consolidates global financial information.
- Prepare Group balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ensure global consistency by reviewing Regional balance sheets.
- Conduct an annual Group transaction review, including calculations for transfer pricing agreements.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Qualified (ACA/ACCA)
