Key duties of a Repairs Administrator-
·Ensure the day to day admin, scheduling and void processes are completed effectively
·Undertake administration tasks such as trackers & invoice processing
·Provide administrative support to both internal and external customers such as, Operatives, contractors and customer contact centre.
·Work with and support other departments such as Lettings, Estates and Tenancy services
·Prioritise jobs thought the day to ensure all dashboards are maintained e.g. emergencies are responded to, works orders are booked in
·Demonstrate excellent customer service at all times
What you need to be a successful Repairs Administrator-
·Ideally have experience of scheduling engineers diaries whilst liaising with customers in a Repairs & Maintenance workplace environment
·Be able to work to tight deadlines whilst producing accurate, quality information
·Experience providing an administrative service to both internal and external customers
