Job Description
- This is a role with a very well-established management and acquisition business to acquire and manage commercial and residential property.
- As their business is growing they are looking for a Financial Accountant to work on property finance, year end financial accounts and bridge lending.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Five years of overall combined accounting and finance role experience
- ACA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified.
- Skills generally:
- Excellent communicator and good presentation skills
- Can priorities jobs and work to deadlines
- Accurate in their work
- Honest and diligent
- Work individually as well as in a team
- IT literate - PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Experience of accounting software preferable - Sage, Xero
- Ability to maintain good relations with all stakeholders
