- Entering invoices and maintaining approval
- Ensure correct posting of VAT on the finance system
- Look at the finance inbox and review urgent emails
- Invoice query resolution
- pepare and process BACS payments
- Setting up new supplier information
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Previous purchase ledger experience
- Experience of purchase to pay process
- Good IT and Excel skills
