Ownership of the day-to-day financial reporting and financial control of the group overseeing and managing the bookkeeping team.
Production of high quality financial and management information, focusing on preparation of monthly management accounts for the group.
Provide variance analysis, insight and commentary to decision makers throughout the business and the Board.
Responsible for tracking and analyzing company performance against budget, keys and company objectives.
Lead the group's statutory reporting and audits and manage tax affairs including Corporation Tax and VAT returns.
Play a key role in improving and developing strong financial controls appropriate for the business now and evolving with the business as it continues to scale.
Once established in the role you will increasingly work with the preparing budgets and strategic plans, maintaining financial forecasts for the business on an ongoing basis
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You should be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CIMA and at least two years PQE) with an impressive educational background and a record of accomplishment of high achievement.
You should have excellent financial and management reporting capability and experience of statutory financial reporting and a good knowledge of UK GAAP
