Job Description
- Delivering the annual budget, periodic reforecasting and monthly financial reporting for the business
- Work closely with key business stakeholders both finance and non finance
- Developing and managing the finance team
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Reviewing and analyzing all cost variances against the previous years as well as the latest budget and forecasts
- Taking responsibility of the balance sheet working closely with other key finance stakeholders.
- Supporting all reporting requests and audit requirements ensuring that all reporting requirements are submitted in a timely manner
- Revenue and payroll forecasting
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Technically strong with a proven background in financial reporting.
- Ability to develop and motivate a team.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Thrives in a fast- changing environment.
- Team player with excellent communication abilities.
