Job Description
- Developing and implementing processes, systems and working with the wider business
- Producing management accounts and financial reporting
- Overseeing all accounting needs for the business including attending senior meetings and advising on financial position
- Preparing annual budgets financial planning and cash-flow forecasting
- Liaising with the Senior Management Team and assisting in decision making processes
- Overseeing all treasury activity, managing overseas payments and UK deposits
- Working with external accountants to ensure everything is moved and accounted for
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA) with experience in a growing SME environment
- Management of a finance function, reviewing operations and performance
- Experience developing and implementing processes/change
- Hands on and keen to get stuck in, pro-active and confident in your experience
- Knowledge and experience of IT Systems
