Assisting with the preparation of regional monthly management accounts and for closing and reporting the results into the Group function while ensuring full compliance with applicable statutory requirements
Production of detailed balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis
Variance analysis on monthly accounts for the region against budget and prior year
Commercial business partnering support to senior stakeholders across the business, offering recommendations and insights based on high-quality financial information
Supporting the Senior Finance Leadership team with the decision-making process and any ad hoc requests
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Qualified ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent and have relevant experience in a accounting role, ideally in a high-growth environment.
In addition, strong business partnering skills and the maturity to confidently deal with Finance and non-Finance stakeholders at all levels, is essential.
