Job Description
  • Create sales invoices
  • Enter purchase ledger invoices
  • Maintain purchase ledger records
  • Filing and Archiving data
  • Deal with staff expenses and petty cash
  • Assist with management accounts preparation
  • Analyze jobs to ensure costs have been re-charged
  • Check timesheet information and import it into accounts system
  • Other ad-hoc accounting assistance

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • AAT Qualified or three or two years’ relevant experience
  • Previous experience in an accounts based role
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Products
