Job Description
- They will contribute to general accounting and financial reporting processes, supporting the monthly reporting cycle and enhancing their knowledge in these areas.
- The chosen candidate should have a good understanding of the business and the relevant accounting practices within the company, ensuring strong control measures and providing accurate reporting to stakeholders.
- They will also play a vital role in liaising with external auditors to facilitate a seamless audit process.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Recently qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with strong academic background.
- Proficiency in technical accounting, particularly in international financial reporting standards.
- Experience in auditing/accounting within financial services is ESSENTIAL, preferably in Investment Financial Services
- Experience in preparing and reviewing statutory accounts.
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting is desirable.
- Advanced Excel skills.
