Update Fixed Asset register and post monthly depreciation.
Update Prepayment Spreadsheet and post monthly journal ensuring they are posted to the correct Cost Centres
Subsidiaries
Posting of monthly journals, sales invoices, purchases, banking
Send out monthly debtor report.
Reports
Order and customer reports
Supplier Turnover Report
Responsibility for the monthly job review and cut-off adjustments
US Bank Reconciliation
Post the US monthly figures
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will have Accounts and month end experience.
They will be comfortable with balance sheet reconciliations, reporting and maintenance with solid excel usage.
You will have an excellent eye for detail and have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be a good problem solver, who is confident in their own initiative.
This would ideally suit a part qualified ACCA/CIMA individual or someone AAT qualified and with strong experience in a similar role
