Job Description
- Produce monthly Balance Sheet and Sales report
- Cash Flow and Forecasting
- Produce Year-End accounts pack and provide to the external accountants
- Bank reconciliations and posting payments
- Foreign currency transactions and reconciliations
- Prepare analysis and reports
- Maintain Purchase Ledger including payment runs, posting supplier invoices, reconcile supplier statements and chase outstanding invoices
- Resolved customer queries
- Develop and maintain key relationships
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience of Xero
- Experience within a similar role in particular with a small-medium company.
- Adaptable and supportive for the wider business
- The ability to improve process where possible
